La vinificación del Vinerel·les Garnacha Peluda fermenta a temperatura controlada con un posterior envejecimiento en depósito de cemento.

La versatilidad del Vinerel·les Garnatxa Peluda lo convierte en un acompañante ideal para una gran variedad de platos. Marida a la perfección con carnes rojas a la brasa, guisos de caza, quesos curados y embutidos. También puede acompañar platos de pasta con salsas robustas o arroz en la cazuela.

Visualmente, el Vinerel·les Garnacha Peluda presenta un color violáceo con sutil matiz granate.
En nariz, aroma intenso con ligero recuerdo a violeta y especias balsámicas que nos transportan al Mediterráneo.
En boca es fresco y equilibrado. Elegante tanino persistente y final sabroso.

ELABORATION
The vinification of Vinerel·les Garnatxa Peluda ferments at a controlled temperature with subsequent aging in a cement tank.
