Harvest and preparation

The vinification of Vinerel·les Garnatxa Blanca is carried out with maceration with the skins and fermentation at 14ºC. Aging in French oak barrels with lees treatment.

Pairing

The versatility of the Vinerel·les Garnacha Blanca makes it an ideal companion for a wide variety of dishes. It pairs perfectly with seafood rice dishes, grilled white fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent option for appetizers and salads.

To appreciate all the aromatic and taste sensations of this wine, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of between 8 and 10ºC.

Tasting note

In sight, the Vinerel·les Garnacha Blanca a soft yellow color with bright greenish tones.

Subtle aromas of peach and apricot with balsamic notes of fennel and almond blossom.

Elegant and voluminous mid palate that precedes a structured and persistent finish, at the same time friendly and sweet.
