ELABORATION

The vinification of Vinerel·les Brisat Garnatxa Blanca begins with fermentation with the skins for 15 days and aging with lees work in “Allier” French oak barrels.

Vinerel·les Brisat Garnatxa Blanca is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes. It is ideal to accompany grilled white fish, seafood, rice dishes, pasta with light sauces and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent option as an aperitif.

To appreciate all the aromatic and taste notes of this wine, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.

Tasting note

At sight, Vinerel·les Brisat Garnatxa Blanca it has a bright ocher color with an intense golden hue.

On the nose, extremely complex with notes of ripe white fruit, honey and vegetal notes that lead to interesting aromas of hydrocarbons.

In the mouth, intensity, tension and character with a lively and powerful finish.
