ELABORATION

This red wine, is the result of a careful selection of grapes from century-old vineyards located in a privileged environment, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters.

The vinification of Vinerel·les Cariñena is carried out with fermentation at a controlled temperature and subsequent aging in cement tanks.

Pairing

The versatility of Vinerel·les Cariñena makes it an ideal companion for a wide variety of dishes. It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, stews, braises and mature cheeses. It is also an excellent option to accompany rice casserole or game dishes.

To appreciate all the aromatic and taste notes of this wine, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.

Tasting note

In sight, the Vinerel·les Carignan It has a violet color with a subtle maroon hue.

On the nose, an intense aroma with slight hints of violets and balsamic spices that transport us to the Mediterranean.

On the palate, it is fresh and balanced. Elegant, persistent tannins and a tasty finish.
