Joan Arrufí, one of the great winegrowers of Terra Alta, sketches and notes down all these nuances in his inseparable notebook, as if he were an artist or alchemist.

Harvest and preparation

The Vinerel·les Macabeo It is a single-varietal wine made entirely with white grapes. Macabeo. This dry white wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes and a traditional production process, which seeks to respect the varietal characteristics of this ancient variety as much as possible.

The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum moment of maturation, carefully selecting the grapes in the vineyard.
Once in the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the primary aromas of the fruit.
Subsequently, the wine ages on its fine lees for a few months, providing complexity and volume in the mouth.

Pairing

The Vinerel·les Macabeo It is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes.

The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10ºC.

Tasting note

In sight, the Vinerel·les Macabeo It has a bright and subtle straw yellow color.

On the nose, memories of floral aromas with citrus notes and dried grass.

In the mouth, it is broad and tasty with an elegant and balanced acidity that leaves us with a persistent finish and a delicate aftertaste of nuts.
